About
Founded by Shawn Ellerbe and LeKelvis Leaf, G-LAB Legacies is a mentorship program designed to help young gentlemen create a path to success. Realizing that some young men do not have a father, grandfather, uncle, or even a family friend to serve as a role model to help guide them, our team of experts from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, are passionate about helping young men reach their goals. We provide personalized mentorship, guidance, and resources to help hone their skills and achieve their dreams. Our team of inspiring mentors is the backbone of G-LAB Legacies. With their help, we strive to create a supportive and empowering environment that will propel our young gentlemen toward success.

Our Mission
G-LAB LEGACIES is a mentorship program developed to help young men from less than ideal backgrounds become leaders in their homes and communities. We strive to provide our mentees with the necessary tools to reach their goals, while teaching them the importance of guidance, leadership, accountability and balance.
Our mentors and staff are committed to helping each mentee reach their full potential and become a leader in their community. Through our program, we strive to give them the tools to succeed in the real world.

Our Vision
Our program provides young men with the skills and knowledge needed to become successful leaders. We provide mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities to help our members reach their potential.
Our program is based on the idea of creating a legacy of leadership that will continue to have an impact on future generations. We do this by encouraging our members to come back and become mentors themselves, giving back to the next generation of leaders. Through this cycle, we create a powerful network of leaders ready to tackle the issues in our communities.
